Open Features to see how shipments keep their parcels, charges, status and history together. Scanning supports package labels, receiving and warehouse work. Bundles and dispatches help your team follow grouped packages on their journey. Invoices and payments stay connected to the work they cover.
Your staff use the company workspace to do their daily work. Your customers use a separate customer portal to follow their own shipments and invoices under your company’s brand. The plan catalogue also identifies options for your company’s landing-page text and portal colours. Those options depend on the plan.

The public site does not provide the staff’s package-handling screens or a customer’s tracking account. Use your company’s own workspace or customer portal for that work.
